## MAINTENANCE & SERVICE

- **Engine oil & filter service**: Oil and filter replacement, refill to specification, service reminder reset where supported, and a basic visual leak check. Oil and filter extra. — Price: $90–$130
- **Spark plug replacement**: Remove and inspect existing plugs, install correctly specified plugs, torque to specification, and reassemble. Plugs extra. — Price: $80–$140
- **Ignition coil replacement**: Replace ignition coil(s) and verify basic engine operation. Coils extra; misfire diagnosis is separate. — Price: $50–$100
- **DSG service**: Drain and refill fluid as applicable, replace service filter/seals where applicable, set fluid level using the specified procedure, and check for visible leaks. Fluid, filter, seals, and parts extra. — Price: $350-750
- **Air filter replacement**: Replace the engine air filter and verify proper fitment. Filter extra. — Price: $30–$60
- **Coolant service**: Drain and refill coolant, bleed or vacuum-fill as required, and check level and accessible connections. Coolant and parts extra. — Price: $120–$200

## INSTALLATION & PERFORMANCE UPGRADES

- **Intake installation**: Install intake kit, reconnect applicable sensors/hoses, and check fitment and clearances. Kit extra. — Price: $80–$150
- **Intercooler installation**: Remove required front-end components, install intercooler, reconnect charge pipes/hoses, and check connections. Parts extra; custom fabrication excluded. — Price: $250–$680
- **Downpipe installation**: Remove factory downpipe as required, transfer compatible sensors, install replacement, and check fitment and leaks. Parts/hardware extra; emissions compliance required. — Price: $250–$450

## DIAGNOSTICS & TUNING SUPPORT

- **Basic fault-code scan**: Read available fault codes and basic freeze-frame information, then explain initial findings. A scan is not a complete diagnosis. — Price: $50–$80
- **Advanced diagnostics**: Review symptoms and codes, analyze live data, perform targeted tests, and recommend next steps. Repairs and parts extra. — Price: $120–$180/hr
- **Misfire / boost-leak diagnosis**: Review codes and symptoms, inspect relevant connections, review supported live data, and perform preliminary tests. Repairs and extended testing extra. — Price: $100–$200
- **Smoke test**: Smoke-test one defined intake, vacuum, or charge-air system and identify visible leaks. Repairs and additional systems extra. — Price: $80–$150

## SHOP POLICIES

- **Standard labor rate**: Price: $140–$175/hour
- **Diagnostic minimum**: 1 hour; advanced electrical or tuning diagnostics billed by time.
- **Customer-supplied parts**: Labor may be higher due to fitment issues and warranty considerations.
- **Parts and fluids**: Charged separately unless included in a written estimate.
- **Modified vehicles**: Rust, prior installation issues, custom fabrication, and aftermarket wiring may require additional labor.
- **Final quote**: Confirmed before work begins; additional work requires customer approval.
